Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Quantum Protection Security Services LLC ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the Parlavoy platform at parlavoy.com ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Parlavoy. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Enterprise customers may set up accounts for employees or students subject to their own agreements with us.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at denderle@quantumprotectionss.com
  • Not share your account with others or transfer your account to another person

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use the AI Tutor or other AI features to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use automated means to create accounts or access the Service in ways not intended for human users

5. Subscription and billing

Free tier: Available at no cost with feature limitations as described on our Pricing page.

Pro tier: Billed monthly or annually. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Enterprise tier: Custom pricing governed by a separate Enterprise Agreement.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your Profile. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes via email before they take effect.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Parlavoy (text you paste into Immerse Mode, messages in the AI Tutor, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond operating the Service.

7. Intellectual property

All software, design, text, graphics, and other content provided by Parlavoy (excluding your content) is owned by or licensed to Quantum Protection Security Services LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. AI-generated content disclaimer

Parlavoy uses AI to generate language learning content, translations, explanations, and assessments. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You should verify critical information from authoritative sources.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are legally required to do so. You may terminate your account at any time from your Profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTUM PROTECTION SECURITY SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
